    Good rooms, great location, comfy beds. The staff was very polite and helpful. Minor inconvenience: would recommend using the nearby laundromat instead of the hotel's washing machine. We can definitely recommend the hotel!

    This place was so comfortable and clean. Love the architecture. The room was a bit small but it had everything we needed. But the best part were the staff, especially Shiori. She was like meeting an old.friend. We had great chats and she helped us so much on places to visit and where to eat. Also was always giving us more coffee pods. I will always look to stay here first when we come to Kyoto.
