Absolutely delightful place with an equally delightful owner. Jane made us feel very welcome and nothing was too much trouble. The property is beautiful, very tastefully furnished and should be on everybody's bucket list should they visit Barnstaple. Breakfast choices are really good, and surprisingly healthy! We would 100% return there.....
