The hosts Jane and Ivan have done a fantastic job refurbishing this house into a wonderful, comfortable "boutique " B&B. We loved the attention to detail of the contents and decoration. It is ideally situated. A short walk across the River Taw bridge will take you into the centre of Barnstaple where there are numerous shops, bars and restaurants.

Very convenient for town , river and railway. Great taste in decor . Hostess a delight , easy to talk to , good local advice . Lovely breakfast . Perfect in every way.
If I am being picky then the mattress was softer than we would choose.
