Very attractive, very well located and well equipped little kitchen area. One half flight up. And 18 minute walk to the center of the old city.

As advertised. This was our first time renting via VRBO so I was skeptical and anticipating issue but Edoardo’s hospitality could not be beat. As example, he was waiting for us at the entrance as we arrived from train station which was a comfortable walk away. He also provided a good overview of things to do in the area. The place was clean and was in a great location for us. Quiet street but close to more populated shopping and dining. We would stay again.

The property was lovely (super clean, decorated in a beautiful and calm style, comfortable bedrooms, stylish and really just perfect and restful!!) and the location could not have been better. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go, see all the sights easily and there were so many fabulous places to eat close by- really a terrific find for our family of four. Edoardo was fantastic as well; he gave very good restaurant recommendations and was very responsive through text. I only wish we could have stayed for much longer! Highly recommend this rental!!

This property is absolutely beautiful. I am guessing it has been completely redone in the last 2 years. It looks to be professionally decorated too. There are two spacious and comfortable rooms with their own bathroom. Great parking for a cheap price.Conveniently located to all sites. If you get a chance, walk over to the colosseum and check out the roof top bar across the street at Hotel Milano and spa. You get a fabulous view and drinks!
