Mathia was an exceptional host. The apartment was beautifully furnished, immaculately clean, and very comfortable. He went out of his way to ensure our short stay was perfect, providing excellent local recommendations, answering all questions promptly, and making check-in effortless. We only wish we booked here for our entire trip. A true 5-star experience.

A beautiful stylish, well furnished apartment in a wonderful modern conversion of a medieval building in a quiet neighbourhood but literally 5 minutes stroll from the city centre. The host Mathia couldn’t be more helpful, on hand to meet you and available if you need him, his recommendations for restaurants and hidden places to see were on the mark.

Our host was amazing! He gave us many points of interest to see and gave great suggestions for restaurants, cafes, transportation, etc. Very easy to communicate with. Lovely apartment. Quiet. Spotless. Highly recommend.

Our stay was perfect. The apartment itself was absolutely spotless, the facilities were ideal, beds comfy, incredibly safe locks on all the doors, gorgeous and well equipped kitchen and bathrooms, huge rooms. Safe area, we felt no concerns walking home late at night as two women. The location is ideal for any sort of trip, a short walk to the centre and the arena, loads of brilliant bars and restaurants around and really easy use of the 73 bus to and from the station, quickly. On top of the perfect apartment and location the owner Mathia made this really, really special. Mathia was attentive (never overbearing), stored our bags, provided us with local info on all the best places to go (we tested them out, he has impeccable taste in food and wine and knows all the best hidden spots!) Lent us cushions for a show at the arena. He runs this hotel like clockwork and is an absolutely lovely person on top. We cannot wait to stay again and won't stay anywhere else in Verona if we can help it!

This is a beautiful, spotlessly clean, well equipped property, with beautiful high quality decor in central areas, and super easy, digital and secure lock system for front door and apartment door. Do note, check in should be 2-7pm, which is marked clearly on the property information, but Expedia’s system does not account for this if giving you late flight options in the package, so you need to check for yourself. The apartment is an easy, pleasant few minutes walk to the bridges over the river and into the core centre, around 10-15 mins wander to the arena. Mathia is one of the best hosts I have experienced in all my travels. He is friendly, flexible and thoughtful with lots of local advice and tips. At the same time he gives total privacy and is not intrusive in any way. And he goes the extra mile to make your stay the best it can possibly be - in my case rearranging his schedule due to a flight issue we had. Thank you Mathia!

Our recent stay was absolutely delightful. The property was spotlessly clean and beautifully maintained, making it a very comfortable and pleasant experience. Its excellent location was a huge plus, providing easy access to everything we wanted to explore. What truly set this stay apart was the host's helpfulness. It's a beautiful, clean apartment in a building that has been restored, close to everything you'd like to see in Verona. The owner, Mathia, has excellent communication skills, gave us tips for the city and was very accommodating and attentive to all of our requests. Would definitely stay here again. Ground floor unit spacious and clean but it was noisy with no privacy if you wanted to see outside or open the window.

Such a lovely place, very informative and friendly host, I would 100% listen to his recommendations. We went to about 50% of the list and we were not disappointed, a really local vibe everywhere. Good bus route from the station again the host helps you with this. Location 10 minutes from the centre. Quiet and peaceful. Comfortable and clean. Absolutely excellent in every way

Mathia was an excellent host. He had drawn on a map lots of local things to do and places to eat that were amazing. He also helped us with our onward trip to Venice by suggesting places to go there too. I would strongly recommend this place to family and friends and if I am ever back in Verona I would stay here again.
