Location is excellent, just 10-15 mins drive away from most attractions. However, best to self drive as it’s near impossible to get a grab. Check in was a breeze too and apartment had a security post so it’s rather safe in my opinion
There’s no broom or vacuum for usage, and no kitchen scissors as well. Might be irrelevant but the chairs at the dining table should really be replaced. Everyone took turns and stubbed our foot haha.

The accommodation is big & spacious and the rooms are clean
There is only an air-con that supplies the whole of 1st floor common area, 1 more can be added
There is no light at the 2nd floor family room
Water flow is slow
Air-con in the room is not strong, still quite hot when turned to 16 degree with fan on in the main room (with 2 beds)

The house was big enough to fit 11 people with basic amenities.
There were not enough utensils and cups in the house for 11 people and have no tissue in the house. The furnitures were very flimsy and it was hard to move around the house without waking up the others. Location was very far from the amenities.
