The space is good furniture needs to be repaired
Kitchen is small with non functionble hob rather was being supply with electrical steamboat the water have no hot water supply

Host Jerry is extremely helpful. All info shared prior our arrival which made it easy to check-in. Unit is spacious enough for my family of 5. Bedrooms are of good size. Beds & pillows are comfortable for us. Outdoor balcony with seats & acceptable view albeit close to neighbours. Washing machine, microwave, fridge, cutleries are avail. Strong wifi & Netflix too.
BK, 7-11 (24hr), K K Mart (24hr), Mamak stall (24hr) at ground floor. Other stores avail but mostly vacant shop lots...
Not due to host's fault - External walkway to pedestrian block not fully sheltered. Can't find the swimming pool. Unit's both toilet floors quite slippery. Some stain patches on the sofa seats...

Pillow not enough imagine 2 person sleeping with one pillow each.
Host not responsive when text him thru booking message.
Finding the lobby on the carpark poor signage
