It’s a good size unit and value for money especially if it’s compared to hotels

You have to prepare certain items..there wasn’t any tissues.Also better to bring your own shampoo,conditioner and body wash.They only provide sachets which to be honest isn’t adequate.The communication from the host was also not up to expectations.It’s not a deal breaker but frustrating.We weren’t told exactly which exact block to book the Grab to so we ended up walking around 500m to reach our block.They should have specified we need to book the ride to the exact block.We were given an address but as we have never stayed in this type of dwelling before (always hotel) we thought it was just a single block with a single entry.We didn’t realise there were a few lobbies.We also weren’t given the code to the letter box to retrieve the key cards.So we spent some time to contact the host to ask for the code and the host didn’t know what we were talking about.Kept sending us the address..faint.Next the access card was faulty.Couldn’t unlock the main door and the mobile signal outside the unit was really patchy.So after around 15 minutes of struggling to communicate,we finally got the code to unlock it..we wasted so much time.We also couldn’t find the TV remote only to realise the next morning that it was hidden underneath the sofa! Obviously the housekeeper didn’t do a thorough job cleaning the unit when the previous occupier left.Lastly the plug of the hair dryer was a China plug and hence couldn’t fit an UK socket.The host was already offline so there wasn’t anything we could do.Overall the stay was good but the host must iron out all these minor details especially if they want to convert the hotel crowd to switch over to serviced residences.

No breakfast included in the booking.

There was no Body Shower Gels provided inside both toilets. Also no Dish Wash detergent in the kitchen. We felt quite disappointed and surpprised as it caused us much inconvenience. These items were basic essential for a homestay. Ended up, we have to purchase these from neighbouring minimart!

Clean and tidy. Responsive customer service.

Good to have a kitchen towel to clean those water spilled onto the kitchen counter top after washing. To have a new sponge for dish washing.

The place is well located and has many eateries.

The unit is spacious and clean but can see 3 Cockroach in the bathroom. We are not able to find hairdryer.
