About this apartment rental
For beach lovers this is the perfect holiday destination! This lovely ground floor 2 bedroom apartment is located on the fabulous Playa El Alicate - well known for its sandy beach and sea.
The apartment has a small galley kitchen fully equipped with oven, hob, fridge freezer and dish washer.
The lounge has a dining area for 4 people along with relaxed seating and flat screen TV with UK channels. There is Wifi throughout the apartment.
From the lounge, patio doors lead out to the large west facing terrace with sofa and chairs to relax in after a day at the beach and al fresco dining for 4 people.
The master bedroom has been tastefully decorated and has access to the terrace. It has an ensuite bathroom with bath and shower unit.
The second bedroom has twin beds and is directly opposite the family bathroom with shower.
The beach is a 2 minute walk from the urbanisation. It is very popular with holidaymakers and locals alike and has the well known South Beach bar and restaurant and Los Canos resturant along with a number of others a short walk along the beach.
There is a supermarket approximately a 10 minute walk from the apartment in a small commerical centre with car hire, dry cleaners,bar, restaurants. Marbella is a short 10 minute drive and Puerto Banus 15 minutes.
Please note for bookings of less than 5 nights outside of July and August there will be an additional charge for cleaning of 50€ (4 persons) and a 20€ meet and greet fee. Also for arrivals between 20.00hr and 23.30hrs, there is a meet and greet charge of 60€. Arrivals after this there is a charge of 80€.
