The bright and modern furnished penthouse apartment is located on the upper floor of a well-kept complex in Costabella, about 200m from the beautiful beach Playa del Arenal and 5 km from the center of Marbella.
The two terraces facing south and west offer a beautiful view over the Mediterranean Sea to Gibraltar, as well as the mountains around the Costa del Sol.
In the evening, you can enjoy breathtaking sunsets and astonishing views over the nightly Marbella.
The ground floor consists of a large living room with two entrances to the terrace, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and washing machine.
On the first floor is another large living room, a modern bathroom and a bedroom with large windows and a wonderful view to the sea. The almost 100 m² apartment has Wi-Fi, is air-conditioned and heated in winter.
To the apartment belongs an underground car park, which is in the immediate vicinity of the elevator. This leads directly to the door of the apartment. The communal pool is accessible all year round.
For safety reasons, please do not bring any glasses or glass bottles to the pool.
Nearby the apartment you will find supermarkets (which are partly open around the clock) and a bakery with excellent brunch possibilities
On the splendid sandy beach you can find small Spanish beach restaurants, for example the El Rinconcito or the Karma, where you can eat at a fair price, or you will enjoy beach clubs like the Bono Beach.
The duplex apartment is ideally cut for 2 couples or a family with children.
