About this house rental
Our house is located in a quiet urbanization by the sea east of Marbella and just 6 km from the center. It was built in 1970 and completely renovated with high qualities in 2016. The kitchen is fully equipped, it has a large fridge, oven and dishwasher. The living room has air conditioning and a fireplace for the colder months.
From the living room there is access to a covered porch and to the private garden which has sun loungers to relax. It has a year-round pool (about 3m in diameter) to cool off or for children to play when they are not on the beach. You can use the outdoor shower when you get to the beach, which is just a 2-minute walk away.
The house has two bedrooms with double beds (150x200) with direct access to a beautiful sunny patio in the morning, as well as two full bathrooms with heating, one of which is en-suite.
The house is equipped with satellite television and internet. The car can be parked on the street near the house normally without problem. The closest supermarket is about a 5-minute walk away.
Nearby (within a radius of 350 m) you will find numerous beach bars where you can have lunch, dinner or even have a drink.
From Costabella you can make day trips to Gibraltar, Seville, Cordoba or Granada.

The villa was exactly as described and in a lovely location close to the beach and first class restaurants which we could walk to! The pool and garden were bigger than we expected! Communication was really good and the property managers got back to us really quickly and were so helpful! Our boys, 4 and 7 loved it and we would definitely return! The villa was also clean and had all the essentials we needed! There is a food shop within 5-10 minutes walk. The neighbours attached to the property were also lovely!

Que pena que por algunos detalles , algunos de fácil solución , la estancia de ser estupenda pasa a ser regular .Se hubiera agradecido que al llegar hubiera alguna persona con quien poder comentar las primeras impresiones , aunque la comunicacion telefónica no fue mala y la recogida de llaves sencilla. La limpieza muy mejorable , aunque se nos proporcionó una persona para solucionarlo ,la casa , el patio trasero, cuarto de la lavadora ect, deberían haber estado en condiciones a nuestra llegada . La ropa de cama y toallas están para renovar así como la plancha , si bien es verdad que se cambió la nevera porque no enfriaba , tardaron una semana e n solucionarlo . Por último añadir que la zona exterior delantera , porche y piscina son muy agradables y la atención de la persona de mantenimiento estupenda , no así la selección de los inquilinos de la casa vecina , porque entendíamos que no se podían hacer fiestas .
