About this apartment rental
Charming duplex penthouse apt with private rooftop terrace near Casco Antiguo (Old Town) in the city center of Marbella. Built 2005 - 2br and loft on the 2nd floor. Sleeps 6. We have had renters that stayed for months in this fully equipped apt. Full kitchen & batch etc. Wifi, chromecast, stereo w/ ipad dock keeps you connected and dancing. A/C or the mediterranean breeze keeps you cool at night.
Live like a local - mostly Spaniards reside in this street. If you walk a up towards the mountains you will find a typical working-class area, go a few minutes towards the beach (Mediterranean) and you will find upscale spa hotels and beaches, walk to the left and across the street into the beautiful old town where there are tourists, shops and restaurants.
Apt is centrally located with a capital C. You can reach anything you need from this location - by foot or via easy accessed public transportation minutes away. If you are ready for a hike - put on comfortable shoes (or at night disco shoes) and enjoy the stunning boardwalk all the way to Puerto Banus.
Rooftop is great whether you enjoy a homemade meal - or if you want to relax at night with a nice glass of Rioja - along with with a soothing Mediterranean breeze. We travel with kids and the rooftop is a sanctuary once the kids are sleeping.
If you want to be greeted at the airport we can set up door - door service.
50 euro cleaning fee.
