Discover this elegant and luminous apartment located in Los Monteros, one of the most exclusive and sought-after residential areas of East Marbella, within the prestigious Alicate Playa urbanisation. With 135 m² carefully distributed and capacity **for 4 people**, this accommodation combines spaciousness, privacy and comfort in a privileged setting next to the Mediterranean Sea.



One of its great attractions is the direct private access to the beach from the urbanisation itself, located just 100 metres from the apartment. The property is surrounded by some of Marbella's most renowned beach clubs and chiringuitos, such as La Cabane, Oyana and Los Sardinales, perfect for enjoying authentic Mediterranean lifestyle. Furthermore, golf enthusiasts will find some of the best courses on the Costa del Sol just minutes away, including Río Real Golf, Santa Clara Golf Marbella and other prestigious clubs in the area.



The apartment features 2 bedrooms, air conditioning throughout the accommodation, automatic blinds, Smart TV and high-speed fibre optic wifi connection, ideal for both holidays and year-round remote work stays. Its spacious interior spaces, together with views of the tropical garden and mountains, create a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere.
