About this house rental
This beautiful 1 bedroom house is located in the area of Costabella, 60 meters from one of the best beaches in Marbella, close to several golf courses and a few minutes drive to Marbella centre. The charming home is 40 sqm built on a single level, with a private garden and pool on a plot of 300 meters, all fully gated and with a private parking space. We offer wifi, all basic amenities and a cot upon request. There is AC available in the bedroom and living room.
Costabella is one of Marbella`s most sought after residential areas. It is about 10 minutes driving from the centre of Marbella and approx. 40 minutes drive from the international airport of Malaga. The area offers beautiful sandy beaches and lovely beach bars and restaurants all along the coast. It is family orientated, safe and offers a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Within 15 minute walking distance of the villa there are several restaurants, 3 supermarkets, a vet and a beauty salon. Nearby you will also find water parks, a zipline tree adventure park, and numerous water sport options.
We love our home and want to ensure you do as well! We speak English, Spanish and German and will be happy to assist you with anything you need.
Please note that the gardener and pool staff will come and attend to the house on a schedule once a week. We will inform you ahead and can be flexible if you rather they attend at a different time during your stay.

Wonderful, charming place, very clean and very we'll equipped - what you see on Vrbo is exactely what you get. The check in process was super smooth, Daniel the owner checks in regularly to see if he can help you with anything you might need before and during your stay. The beach is only a few meters down the street, there are a lot of good restaurants around and even a small supermarket not too far by foot that covers all your daily needs. We had a wonderful vacation at the Beach Hut and will be very happy to return!

This adequately sized villa is perfect and was immaculate and comfortable throughout, with modern facilities, all in perfect working order. The hosts Daniel and Natalie could not have been more helpful offering useful advice through the entire stay to make our stay more comfortable. The pool was lovely and clean, but a little on the chilly side when first getting in. The outdoor areas have a lovely charm with festoon lighting and low level seating, perfect for chilling in the warm evenings with a chilled glass of wine. The location of the property is excellent as literally a 2 minute walk to the beach, which was also immaculate and plenty beach front bars/restaurants, all within easy walking distance and varying prices between them, but all serving fresh and well portioned sized dishes. We can’t wait to return and thank Daniel and Natalie for allowing us stay in their 5-star rated accommodation.

Amazing villa perfect amenities and location.Highly recommend for a peaceful seaside holiday.The host was very attentive and check in was a breeze.There are lots of restaurants and beach bars a short walk away we kept going back to the Lumar restaurant as the food and service was great

There is no beach view, however the beach is 1 minute walk from the beach. Great secure parking on site. The host and owner Daniel is 5 star. Immediate help and advise if needed.
