For anyone who appreciates peace and quiet and the beauty of nature, our "Margret" vacation home is the ideal starting point for wonderful vacation experiences. Come visit us and enjoy a wonderful time in the Hümmling Nature Park! An extensive network of hiking and biking trails awaits you, allowing you to explore the beautiful Emsland region. We look forward to welcoming you as our guests soon!
The “Margret” vacation home offers the perfect setting for a relaxing vacation in a peaceful environment. The single-story design ensures easy access, and with a cozy double bedroom and a twin bedroom, it offers plenty of space for families or couples. The modern amenities, including a washing machine, make your stay especially comfortable.
The separate garden with a patio and grill invites you to enjoy relaxing hours outdoors. The proximity to biking and hiking trails offers vacationers a wide range of opportunities to actively explore the surrounding area. The house is perfectly equipped for families, as a crib and high chair are provided.
The vacation home is rated 3 stars according to the criteria of the German Tourism Association (DTV), which attests to its good amenities and pleasant comfort. The provision of bed linens and towels, as well as the smoke-free and pet-free environment, further ensure a stress-free stay.
As guests in the Sögel vacation home area, you can take advantage of a wide range of recreational activities in the town of Sögel (prices subject to change):
- At the “Fitness & Gesundheit Sögel” gym (approx. 1,600 m from the vacation home area) and Era-Gym Sögel (approx. 2,500 m from the vacation home area): free weight area, cardio equipment, strength training machines, and various classes / Day pass: 10.00 EUR per person, including water and mineral drinks
- Sauna area at the Hotel Clemenswerther Hof with two saunas (60°C and 90°C) / 1,500 meters from the vacation home area / Fee: 12.50 EUR per person per day, including water and tea / Please bring your own towels and, if needed, a bathrobe
- Indoor tennis court and outdoor tennis facilities at TV-Rot-Gold Sögel e. V. / approx. 1,600 m from the vacation home area / Fee per outdoor court per hour: 6.00 EUR / Indoor courts: price upon request
- Sögel Climbing Forest: 10% discount off the regular ticket price / approx. 500 m from the vacation home area

No construction work will take place between Christmas and New Year’s Day. Quiet hours in the Sögel vacation home area will be observed even during construction!
