It’s about 1,500 meters to the center of Sögel, a state-recognized resort town—where you’ll find plenty of shopping options, bakeries, and restaurants.

The 110 m² vacation home features four bedrooms and two bathrooms, accommodating up to seven people, and impresses with its comfortable amenities.

Start your day in the open, well-equipped kitchen with a cozy breakfast before setting out to explore the area. Enjoy some quiet time at the "Zum Hasenlager" vacation home in the spacious living room, or wind down the day with a glass of wine in the private, fenced-in garden.

Families with children will love amenities like a swing, games, and plenty of space to run around. Your dog will love your vacation here, too—the Sögel vacation home area is a dream for dogs!

On the first floor, you’ll find the open kitchen with a dining area and the cozy living room. Adjacent to the living area is a single bedroom. A bathroom with a shower and toilet is also available on this floor. Upstairs, there’s a twin room, a double room with an adjoining single room (accessible only through the double room), and another bathroom with a shower and toilet.

Enjoy walks in Clemenswerth Castle Park, hikes in Hümmling Nature Park, and bike rides in the Emsland region, or simply relax in your cozy temporary home. The smoke-free house “Zum Hasenlager” is the ideal retreat for families, couples, or groups who love nature and tranquility.

As guests in the Sögel vacation home area, you can take advantage of a wide range of recreational activities in the town of Sögel (prices subject to change):
- At the “Fitness & Gesundheit Sögel” gym (approx. 1,600 m from the vacation home area) and Era-Gym Sögel (approx. 2,500 m from the vacation home area): free weight area, cardio equipment, strength training machines, and various classes / day pass: 10.00 EUR per person, including water and mineral drinks
- Sauna area at the Hotel Clemenswerther Hof with two saunas (60°C and 90°C) / 1,500 meters from the vacation home area / Fee: 12.50 EUR per person per day, including water and tea / Please bring your own towels and, if needed, a bathrobe
- Indoor and outdoor tennis facilities of TV-Rot-Gold Sögel e. V. / approx. 1,600 m from the vacation home area / Fee per outdoor court per hour: 6.00 EUR / Indoor courts: price upon request

The Sögel vacation home area will be expanded at the end of 2026. Noisy construction work will begin in November 2026 and end in March 2027. No construction work will take place between Christmas and New Year’s Day. Quiet hours in the Sögel vacation home area will be observed even during construction!
