Welcome to our comfortably furnished approx. 120 m², upstairs 3 star apartment in Moormerland, in the heart of East Frisia.
The apartment impresses with its bright rooms and has a fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, toaster, refrigerator, freezer 30 liter, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker and egg cooker.
A large living room with sofa and satellite TV, three bedrooms with two single beds and satellite TV, 2 extra beds, a crib and a highchair.
And a large bathroom with shower, tub, two sinks and a toilet.
In the storage room washing machine, clothes dryer and ironing board with iron.
The apartment offers space for up to 8 people.
Shops, bakery, doctor and pharmacy in the immediate vicinity (distance 200 m)
Enjoy relaxing and the sun you can on the small balcony upstairs terrace or on the partly covered terrace in the garden below. Here there is also a grill available for use
For entertainment, our little guests we offer a sandpit with toys and a seesaw.
The apartment is located just 2 km from the nearest motorway slip road away.
Due to the central location you can explore East Frisia East Frisian Islands, including the super explore by bike or by car. The North Sea with its Wadden Sea and the island ferries to the East Frisian Islands are about an hour's drive.

Alles perfekt. Große und saubere Wohnung in einem sehrbguten Zustand. Sehr nette Vermieter. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Die Wohnung war riesig. Meine Kinder 5 und 7 Jahre hatten viel Platz zum Spielen. Alles war gemütlich eingerichtet und an Stauraum in Schränken war massig vorhanden. Auch das Wohnzimmer war gemütlich eingerichtet und hatte einen tollen Fernseher. Dadurch das die Wohnung direkt an einer sehr befahrenen Straße neben einer Schule liegt war es zu den Stoßzeiten manchmal sehr laut. Ausflüge haben wir nach Moordorf und nach Norddeich gemacht. Alles schnell erreichbar in ca 40 Minuten. Bäcker und Einkaufsladen war super nah, zu Fuß weniger als 5 Minuten. Einchecken und auschecken ging super einfach durch das extra Schlüsselfach. In der Wohnung war alles vorhanden was man benötigt, sogar Kaffeefilter. Eine zweite Toilette hat uns manchmal gefehlt. Der Balkon war toll und auch der Parkplatz fürs Auto nah und groß genug!

Wir waren nun schon das zweite Mal im Torfring und haben es wieder sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist einfach schön, sehr gemütlich und hat alles, was man braucht. Die Lage ist sehr gut für alle, die insbesondere das südliche Ostfriesland erkunden möchten. Wer an die See möchte, hat es nicht weit zur Autobahn. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral an der Hauptstraße und hat Bäcker, Supermarkt und Pizzeria in direkter Nähe.

Bereits zum zweiten Mal verbrachten wir unseren Sommerurlaub in dieser schönen Wohnung. Auch dieses Jahr war alles perfekt. Die Wohnung war sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Es fehlte an nichts. Wir konnten uns die 14 Tage gut erholen und haben viel von Ostfriesland gesehen. Gerne kommen wir wieder.
