Nestled in the beautiful countryside of the Emsland region, the "Melanie" vacation home offers the ideal starting point for outdoor activities. Hiking and biking enthusiasts will find endless trails through the Hümmling Nature Park. Explore the surrounding area on your own and let yourself be enchanted by the diversity of the landscape.
This detached, 110 m² house impresses with its well-thought-out layout and tasteful furnishings.
On the first floor, a cozy, bright living room awaits you; it invites you to relax and offers direct access to the patio and the small private garden—perfect for quiet moments in nature. There is also a comfortable double bedroom, a modern bathroom with a shower and toilet, and an open, fully equipped kitchen with a dining area.
Upstairs, you’ll find a tastefully decorated single bedroom, a twin bedroom, and another bathroom with a bathtub—ideal for unwinding after an active day. As a special highlight, the house offers a separate sauna (bookable for an additional fee), located in a small cottage behind the carport—a treat for body and soul.
Explore the charming surroundings of Sögel with its diverse network of biking and hiking trails, or visit the nearby Clemenswerth Castle, a Baroque gem nestled amid lush green forests. After your excursions, the vacation home awaits you as your oasis of well-being, where you can feel right at home.
Bed linens are included. Please bring your own towels. The house is smoke-free and invites you to enjoy a relaxing vacation. Make Sögel your next destination—you’ll be delighted!
As guests in the Sögel vacation home area, you can take advantage of a wide range of recreational activities in the town of Sögel (prices subject to change):
- At the “Fitness & Gesundheit Sögel” (approx. 1,600 m from the vacation home area) and Era-Gym Sögel (approx. 2,500 m from the vacation home area) gyms: free weights area, cardio equipment, strength training machines, and various classes / Day pass: 10.00 EUR per person, including water and mineral drinks
- Indoor tennis court and outdoor tennis facilities at TV-Rot-Gold Sögel e. V. / approx. 1,600 m from the vacation home area / Fee per outdoor court per hour: 6.00 EUR / Indoor courts: price upon request
- Sögel Climbing Forest: 10% discount off the regular ticket price / approx. 500 m from the vacation home area
- Boules court, including balls / approx. 1,600 m from the vacation home area / Free to use
- Outdoor chess board with large pieces in the vacation home area / Free to use
The Sögel vacation home area will be expanded at the end of 2026. Noisy construction work will begin in November 2026 and end in March 2027. No construction work will take place between Christmas and New Year’s Day. Quiet hours in the Sögel vacation home area will be observed even during construction!

Das Haus ist sehr gut gelegen , die Einrichtung ganz schön. Auch der Check in ist unkompliziert. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit, nachdem der Fernseher nicht funktionierte und der Grill nicht einsatzbereit war, kam er sofort und hat einen neuen Grill gebracht.
Alles in Allem ein sehr schönes Haus , tolle Lage und netter Kontakt . Wir würden es auf alle Fälle weiterempfehlen!
