For anyone who appreciates peace and nature, the “Schwedenhaus” vacation home with its own garden is the ideal vacation getaway. The 42-hectare park of Clemenswerth Castle and Lake Raddesee are just a few minutes’ walk away. Many hiking and biking trails pass right by the Sögel vacation home area.
This cozy, non-smoking house offers 70 m² of living space, including two double bedrooms and two single bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and toilet, and a well-equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, freezer, kitchenette, and microwave. Relax in the living room or enjoy the fresh forest air and idyllic tranquility in the garden with its terrace.
Start your day with breakfast on the terrace, surrounded by the gentle sounds of nature, and set off right from your front door on unforgettable hikes and bike rides through the surrounding forests. Sögel and the Hümmling Nature Park delight visitors with well-maintained bike and hiking trails and offer plenty of opportunities to enjoy the magnificent landscape to the fullest.
Ideal for families: a crib and high chair are provided, and your dog is also welcome at the “Schwedenhaus” vacation home!
The center of the town of Sögel, with its shops, bakeries, restaurants, and cafés, is only about 1,500 m away.
As guests in the Sögel vacation home area, you can take advantage of a wide range of recreational activities in the town of Sögel (prices subject to change):
- At the “Fitness & Gesundheit Sögel” gym (approx. 1,600 m from the vacation home area) and Era-Gym Sögel (approx. 2,500 m from the vacation home area): free weights area, cardio equipment, strength training machines, and various classes / Day pass: 10.00 EUR per person, including water and mineral drinks
- Sauna area at the Hotel Clemenswerther Hof with two saunas (60°C and 90°C) / 1,500 meters from the vacation home area / Fee: 12.50 EUR per person per day, including water and tea / Please bring your own towels and, if needed, a bathrobe
- Indoor tennis court and outdoor tennis facilities at TV-Rot-Gold Sögel e. V. / approx. 1,600 m from the vacation home area / Fee per outdoor court per hour: 6.00 EUR / Indoor courts: price upon request

Die Wohnung war okay ,es war alles da was man brauchte. Hier und da kleinere Mängel (Geschirrspüler innen defekt) .was man aber allerdings erwähnen sollte ist das das Grundstück direkt am Kletterpark liegt und wenn Besucher dort sind, der Geräuschpegel sehr hoch ist und das schon früh morgens .Außerdem ist die Wohnung sehr dunkel man muss sehr oft auch bei Sonnenschein das Licht anmachen. Das Obergeschoss ist für grössere Leute mit Vorsicht zu genießen,die Betten stehen zu weit unter der Schräge ansich alles sehr niedrig, trotzdem für Familien mit kleineren Kindern alles gut. Negativ fanden wir auch das im Wohnbereich keine größere Wohnlandschaft zum Fernsehen steht sondern nur ein kleines Sofa, unser Fazit für 2 Personen alles supi, wir würden diese Wohnung trotzdem weiterempfehlen aber nicht für Familien mit größeren oder älteren Kindern .Unser Urlaub war trotzdem gut .
