Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Great unit, fullt stocked kitchen, lovely wooded area, close to a pool and the tram stop. Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay and were sad to leave.

This unit is in a great location of the property. Centrally located to beach and Sea Colony facilities.

The location and unit itself were great. However, upon arrival it was dirty and we had to clean it ourselves before bringing our stuff in. After multiple calls about the grime on the floors, hair on the furniture and limes lodged in the garbage disposal we were told someone would be there in an hour. No call and no show for two days. Bring your own cleaning supplies including a vacuum if you’re staying. Once clean, you will truly enjoy it. The location is great. Trams are easy to use and the beach is beautiful.
