Furnished for family comfort, the condo comes complete with inviting coastal decor and all the contemporary home essentials. Recent upgrades to the condo include fresh paint, new vinyl flooring, and new carpeting. Spend endless hours on your furnished balcony - the perfect spot for coffee or cocktails. Create favorite recipes in the well-equipped kitchen and dine together at the adjacent table or out on the balcony. Enjoy casual downtime at home, with your favorite shows and movies on the living room TV. Central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer add a layer of comfort during your stay.
THINGS TO KNOW
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
Important: Your stay is within the Sea Colony Resort which has a mandatory amenity fee that is an additional cost. Not purchasing your required Sea Colony Resort Fee prior to your arrival may delay your VueStay reservation Check-in.
The Sea Colony community association requires a non-refundable, mandatory resort fee for all guests aged 4 and older. This fee grants access to community-managed facilities and is collected by VueStay on behalf of Sea Colony. Rates are subject to change without notice, and VueStay does not guarantee amenity availability.
