Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

We have been staying at Sea Colony for years. One of my children would always book a place. This year I booked through Vacasa. Very easy, fast and friendly. They made getting into vacation mode stress free.

This unit is fresh and clean. All updates such as TV and kitchen, beds were very comfortable. The location is ideal. Short walk to beach and shops as well as quiet and someone secluded added to a relaxing stay. The outdoor furniture and porch provided for a quiet place to have a drink and meal.

Our family enjoyed this comfortable 2 bedroom condo. It has plenty of room for relaxing and playing after a busy day swimming after a long beach day. Tennis and pool swimming are very close and we loved the walking paths!

Great location and set up!! Loved the layout and updated of condo. Although did have a musty smell, I think you need to change filters in the ac unit. Toilet in the master bath needs fix, seal is broken. Could have used some hand towels and wash clothes and more garbage bags!
