Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.

Quiet street. Close proximity walking distance to swimming pools and fitness center. Loft with 2 twin beds too warm to use.

Loved the AC and how fast it cooled down on such a hot week. The stove top was old and challenging to cook evenly but it worked. There’s plenty of towels and pillows, but only 1 small trash bag.

Love the proximity to the beach / amenities and comfortable stay. Quiet area and slept well. Highly recommend!

The kitchen is new and had most of what you need. The beds were comfortable and furniture seemed new. Other parts of house were in major need of updates.
