Overall, the weak stay was good. The home had everything we needed, just wish the master bed was more comfortable, made if hard to get a good nights sleep. I’ve seen that review a couple of times and figured it would have been addressed, so took a chance on the rental. Also make sure to not leave any open sweets by the sink, we ended up with a trail of ants coming from the kitchen window. Bathrooms are not the biggest, but get the job done.

The home was great, clean and well kept, nicely designed. Loved the board game and the Nintendo wii too. The kitchen was clean and practical and we had a great time using the patio. Would recommend !

This was a good clean condominium with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room, deck and a fully equipped kitchen in Sea Colony resort community. Our family of 4 include two preteen kids had ample room and a pleasant stay. A few things could have been better. The in-suite washer did not work. We reported to Vacasa but was not fixed till we were there. The master bedroom queen bed should be replaced by a king bed. The bedrooms and the living room can use ceiling fans, though the air conditioning was effective. The Vacasa mail box to retrieve the Check-in passes did not work. The customer service agent did not understand the issue. Fortunately we were able to access to house without the check-in packet which we picked up in the morning from the Vacasa office.The last thing to remember is to understand the parking rules of sea colony, which can be quite confusing.

This house could have been cleaner when we arrived. The beds didn’t seem like they were changed and the floor needed swept. The whole house could use a good cleaning.
