This coastal condo is also just a short walk or in-season shuttle ride to Sea Colony's private beach, 10-minutes to the Marketplace (with its restaurants and shops), and a half-hour by foot to downtown Bethany Beach, with its boardwalk, restaurants, gift shops, clothing stores and more. Central air conditioning, washer, dryer, and more. Guests can enjoy cable TVs in the living room and in each bedroom, both a Keurig and drip-style coffeemaker, and WiFi.

Great house (second stay there). However, I don't think I'll be using Vacasa again to book a stay.

This is our 4th year at Sea Colony, second stay in this unit. It didn’t look like it was cleaned well- shower and fridge were overlooked, random things left in dryer, dried food on silverware. We like this location, and the easy proximity to the beach and tennis. But the unit just needs a freshening up. It’s ok but for the price it’s underwhelming. The AC was non existent in the smaller bedroom which made it uncomfortable for our sons to sleep.
