Classic board games and a smart TV set the stage for family fun in the living room, while two plush recliners and a sofa offer a comfortable spot to kick back and relax. The full kitchen makes it easy to plan and prepare home-cooked meals. Additional perks include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer.

Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
