Nicely furnished. Clean. Resort fees were not expected and rather high. But the tram and beach were nice.

Very good location, plenty of space, bed is a bit hard, and bathroom outdated the towel rack is broken and it’s a little dirty.

We enjoyed the property and it has a nice view of a small pond behind it. Its also in a nice central location to everything Sea Colony has to offer. Vacasa botched having the property cleaned and ready to go when we arrived and unfortunately it took a few calls and a visit to their office before they actually cleaned it from the last guest who stayed (over 24 hours to respond). The property itself was fine and we enjoyed our stay, but I hope Vacasa can respond more quickly in future stays.

Have stayed in this home two times before. This year there was a terrible smell, fridge issues, not enough linens and more.
