Featuring a large private deck and a fresh coat of paint (2019), this resort getaway offers a convenient single-level layout with a living and dining area (with a new sofa and loveseat - 2019), a well-equipped kitchen, a full hallway bath, and two bedrooms, including the master suite. Property updates: All new mattresses and bathrooms have been completely renovated and vinyl flooring has been replaced throughout with modern ceramic tile. Also, new furnishings and artwork help set that perfect beach vacation mood! Central air conditioning, washer, dryer, and more. Three TVs (32-inch in each bedroom and 55-inch in the living room), Blu-Ray, Keurig, and WiFi.

Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
Important: Your stay is within the Sea Colony Resort which has a mandatory amenity fee that is an additional cost. Not purchasing your required Sea Colony Resort Fee prior to your arrival may delay your VueStay reservation Check-in.
The Sea Colony community association requires a non-refundable, mandatory resort fee for all guests aged 4 and older. This fee grants access to community-managed facilities and is collected by VueStay on behalf of Sea Colony.
