You will enjoy this beautiful 2 bathroom / 2 bedroom condo immensely. It is fully renovated with all new furniture, modern bathrooms, new kitchen cabinets and LVP flooring. It is located in Sea Colony private GATED tennis and beach community- a quiet, beautiful, well-maintained, rejuvenating, peaceful gem. My children and I traveled to Sea Colony a few times in the summer 2020 and fell in love with it. I decided then to purchase a condo that can also be made available for rent to my friends and other groups and and families to enjoy.
***2025 upgrades: newly painted, ALL NEW FURNITURE, microwave, exhaust fan
***2022 upgrades: FULLY remodeled bathrooms, new kitchen cabinets, and LVP flooring throughout, including kitchen and hallway; new kitchen cabinets are grey, bathrooms all white; water heater
*** The floors you see on the photos are high quality vinyl plank (LVP) installed November 2020.
*** Unfortunately, NOT able to provide bed linens and towels; guests need to bring their own or rent them (websites below)

ADDITIONAL NOTES / SEA COLONY WEEKLY FEES:
• Sea Colony HOA requires that all guests over age 4 purchase a recreation badge and a parking pass when they check in. If guests / cars don't have the badges/pass, the car will be towed and the guest will be asked to vacate the premises. The recreation badge allows access to the private beach, all pools, fitness center, tennis courts, and all other amenities in the community

We loved our stay! Such a nice home. Everything was as described. Bed was very comfortable. Natalia was super easy to communicate with.

Let me start by saying 'WE LOVE SEA COLONY" and have only missed 2 years (pandemic) over the last 16 years. We have stayed at numerous condos through out Sea Colony and for the most part have liked our accommodations. Last year we had a unit that was a nightmare and ended up having to deal with the management company on a daily basis. With that being said, this year we decided to rent through VRBO hoping for a much better experience. However, we came into the unit on Saturday for the beginning of our vacation only to be told that the dryer was broken. After several calls from the owner over several days, a repair guy showed up to install a new part (Wednesday). The part was sent damaged and our early 6:45 wake up for a 7pm repair appt. that turned out to be a 12:30 repair could not be done. So we had no dryer for the week. A major inconvenience - there are 5 of us that stayed there. The unit has new updated kitchen and updated master shower. But the kitchen could be stocked better in terms of pots etc. the pots don't have lids that fit and there are limited pan sizes. We tend to cook quite a bit and we found it could be better stocked. The deck blinds had several missing and when we called the owner she was responsive and sent someone over to repair them. The place could have been cleaner...when we entered the unit the first day, the place had a smell that tended to linger the whole week. I bring plug in's and other Oder reducers but they didn't seem to work.
