Clean and family friendly
Seating was minimal. Small couch and 1 chair

The place was good for a very short stay. I was not happy about the fees for Sea Colony that were not disclosed up front when we booked. We were only there two nights but had to pay the same weekly fee
The place needs updated furniture, more comfortable beds and cleaner (or replace) carpet.
