Clean, quiet, convenient location!
Nothing really, the bunk beds are harder to get into as an adult!

The location was excellent. With a toddler, there was a nice play area in Phase 7. Also close to the Pickleball courts was wonderful. Perhaps the time frame could be moved up from 6 PM to 7 PM
The microwave was old, and the hall bathroom needs to be updated

Loved the convenience of the beach transport to beach. The area was very quiet.
The bathtub was slippery. There were some cob webs around. Was lacking a kitchen trash can.
We had the Yellow bus pick up at our spot. We were unaware that the last pickup at the beach was 5:30. We assumed it ran til 9:00 like the shuttle. Thank goodness the shuttle driver got us back to our rental.

It was comfortable and the mattress was comfortable.
The unit could’ve been a lot cleaner. It was dirty and didn’t smell cleaned. The deck was dirty and needed to be washed. The refrigerator was dirty inside and the oven wasn’t cleaned. There was a dirty baking sheet in it. The faucets were very dirty and the bathroom door couldn’t be closed. The sliding doors were dirty as was the entryway. Other than that it was ok. Also it was way out of the way from the ocean, we wanted an oceanfront unit.
