Two Bedroom Condo with Loft We can sleeps 6. (Note Loft may not be appropriate for very small children -spiral staircase) .
Fully renovated kitchen, vinyl floors throughout , masterbath and (coming soon before the rental season ) renovated guest bathroom.
15 minute walk to beach, 5 minute walk to tennis courts
One King, One Queen , Two Twins
Sheets and towels are not provided . I can provide rental info on sheets if desired .
Numerous outdoor pools many within walking distance
Private deck ,central air ,washer and dryer.
Digital Piano for your use in loft .

Sea Colony guest badges are required for all renters and guests (ages 4 and older). A valid guest badge is required to use any of the recreational facilities and amenities at Sea Colony, including the private beach, indoor pools, outdoor pools*, tennis & pickleball courts (reservations required), amenities at the West Lake Activity Center* and Aquatic Center*, Edgewater exercise room, Freeman Fitness Center, and the Sea Colony Tram Transportation System*.
Weekly Guest Badge Fees (THESE ARE MANDATORY AND CANNOT BE PROVIDED BY OWNER )

Please note: for all non-Vacasa rentals, you must show your rental contract and owner authorization letter when purchasing badges. Badges cannot be purchased without these documents.

The unit is very nice. The owner was very responsive to my questions. Unfortunately, there were ants all over the place. This apparently was a known problem as there were also ant traps all over the place. The ant problem was so bad that before I left, I picked a can of raid and left it on the counter for the cleaning crew or owner to use. Also, there was a man staying in the unit nextdoor. He was seen looking around the privacy wall and staring into our unit. Strange!

This was our second year staying at this property. We returned and found the condo ready for our stay and had a wonderful week. Despite the ocean being unswimmable for several days, we had a great vacation. There is so much to do at Sea Colony and in the area. We are looking forward to returning!

We had a very relaxing week and the place was very nice and the host accommodated us when we had questions and helped resolve our hiccup with Sea Colony check-in.
