Property is located in the municipality of Fabriano in the province of Ancona, in the Canapegna area, in a splendid scenographic context among green hills and mountains.
It is a Municipality of the Regional Natural Park of the Gola della Rossa and Frasassi, where the homonymous Grotte di Frasassi (just 15 minutes from the city) are located, famous for the production of paper and watermark. In addition, just under an hour's drive you can reach Monte Cucco (1566 m asl) where you can take walks, hikes and for fans of free flight, hang gliding and paragliding, thanks to the favorable updrafts. But also mountain biking, canyoning, horseback riding, trekking and since 2009 it is also possible to take guided tours inside the spectacular cave of Monte Cucco.

Not to be missed the famous Frasassi Caves, 10 minutes by car from the house. Building was an ancient church, part of a small village. Owners renewed it to let guests enjoy a magic stay and its wonderful view. Private pool. The house is nerby another two vacation homes, separate in order to guarantee guests privacy.

We had a very nice stay in the Red House at Fabriano which is next to the Blue House. Cristina from the agency and Paolo, the proprietary of the house, are very kind persons. They gave us a high level service. The welcome from Paolo was extremely warm. The house is very cosy, with the terrace, the garden and the swiming pool. It is well furnished with the ad-hoc material. In summary, we spent very happy days in the Red House and in the region.
