About this house rental
Gryffindor is located in the hills above Pergola with views of Mount Catria. The house is on two independent levels, the ground floor consists of a large living room with sofa bed, a bedroom, kitchen and bathroom (sleeps 4), the upper floor of a double bedroom, one single and one double , kitchen, living room with TV, dining room and bathroom (sleeps 5/6).
The outdoor space is large (1.5 ha); a large patio is equipped with tables, chairs and benches; adjoining a table tennis room, wood stove, and a small barbecue. The house is very quiet and peaceful, bordered by farmland and forest, there are wild animals: deer wild boars, porcupines, foxes etc.
The location is strategic: 30km c is the sea (Marotta, Senigallia, Fano), 15km to the mountain where you can enjoy many excursions. In the neighborhood there are many the splendid medieval towns such as Urbino, Mondavio, Cagli, Corinaldo and many others.

This lovely old farmhouse looks dated, but everything was there an functioning. The view was stunning! Rita was very helpful. We very much enjoyed the garden and the swimming pool. Our dog also loved it here as she could chase the deer that passed the house every night. Great for people loving the outdoors. Don’t forget to bring your mosquito protection, as you should everywhere in this area.

The house was well equiped both for ground floor and first floor, all things worked without bigger issues, nice terrace also for the evenings, and a lot of cosy spots in the garden.
Fantastic view over the mountains, especially when swimming in the nice pool.
If problems arrised,, Rita (owner) was instantly on the task, extremly good service.
A lot of cities and views nearby within 30 min by car to visit, only 5 min drive to Pergola centre.
