Villa Dipinti with pool in the countryside of Serra San Quirico, 30 minutes from the Adriatic Coast

Villa Dipinti is a cosy country house with pool in the hills of Serra San Quirico, in the province of Ancona, in the central part of the Marche region. This villa is located in a private position with view of the countryside, but at the same time a few kilometres from towns and main roads that allow you to easily reach the surrounding area.
The medieval town of Serra San Quirico is only 7 km from the villa and boasts a precious artistic heritage with its enchanting churches enclosed in the ancient walls of the village. The territory of Serra San Quirico is also part of the Regional Natural Park of Gola della Rossa e di Frasassi, protected area that extends itself towards the Apennine ideal for walking and mountain bike tours. In this area there are also the famous Frasassi Caves, underground caves with stalactites and stalagmites, just 10 kilometers from the villa. In the surrounding area you can visit renowned cities among which Jesi, Fabriano, Cingoli, Recanati, Loreto, Gubbio, Urbino.
From the villa you can reach with about 30 minutes drive the beaches of very fine sand of Senigallia, a seaside resort that offers many events during the summer. Not to be missed the wonderful beaches with crystal clear water in the greenery of the Conero Riviera.
In this area you can also taste typical local products such as the fine wines Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi DOC, Castelli di Jesi Verdicchio Riserva DOCG, Esino DOC and Rosso Piceno DOC, extra virgin olive oil, honey, cheeses and cured meats at local companies.
The villa is surrounded by a nice garden with lawn, flowerbeds and fruit trees. The pool, provided with roman steps and equipped with loungers and parasols, is located on the side of the villa and surrounded by the green garden. A wide porch is furnished with sofas, table and chairs, ideal for outside dining and spend pleasant relaxing time in the quiet of the nature. The property is fenced and is provided with an electric gate.
The villa is on two floors and can accommodate up to 15 people.
The rooms are spacious and comfortable, characterized by wooden beams and rustic-style details.
The ground floor is composed of:
– a living room with sofa, fireplace and living area with wooden table and chairs;
– a big room with a fully equipped kitchen with oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, dining area and direct access to the porch;
– a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower;
– a batrhroom with shower;
– a bathroom with bathtub;
– a laundry room with washing machine.
From the entrance hall you access the first floor, which is composed of:
– a living room with sofas and a desk;
– a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed;
– two double bedrooms;
– three bedrooms with two single beds (of which two with joinable beds);
– two bathrooms with shower.
The villa is provided with insect screens on windows.
At guests’ disposal a big porch with sofas, table and chairs with view of the garden, ideal for outside dining.

The rental price includes:
fully cleaned property equipped with linen and towels; weekly linen change; final cleaning; utilities (electricity - water - gas for kitchen use); Wi-Fi; pool and garden maintenance.

The rental price does not include (to be paid upon arrival):
pets allowed on request (max. 1 pet a week) € 50,00; heating consumption; extra cleaning; extra linen change.

Security deposit (to be paid upon arrival): € 400,00

Check-In: from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Check-Out: from 8.00 a.m to 9.30 a.m.
