Our family enjoyed a long stay at Casa Vitiolo. The home has a quiet soul situated on an active orchard that provides a peaceful getaway with views of beautiful rolling hills. The home provides various areas inside and out for family gatherings as well as opportunities for private time. We spent much time in the plant-filled outdoor seating area, enjoying the weather and the views and watching the many tiny lizards.The house is well equipped with the essentials, and while we never mastered the clothes dryer, there was a perfect spot for hanging clothes out to dry. This is a working orchard, so there were vehicles coming and going throughout the day. Not a bother for us...we enjoyed waving as they passed by...but families with small children will want to be aware.Our host, Ander, was an excellent communicator, always happy to problem-solve and offer suggestions of activities in the surrounding area. Whether your intersts are historic, the beach, sightseeing, or shopping, Casa Vitiolo is at the center of it all. We are grateful to Ander for sharing his home so that we could get to know this section of Italy.

We loved the farmhouse. It was immaculately clean, with a well-equiped kitchen. You could easily use it with two families since there are two kitchens, multiple bathrooms.
It is located next to a working agricultural company so there is some tractor and car traffic right in front of the terrace. It did not bother us but it may be dangerous with small children.
That was the only negative I could think of. Super accommodation!
