ACCOMMODATION FACILITIES – Villa Alis is a stunning private villa with swimming pool in Le Marche, nestled among rolling hills and just 4 km from the Adriatic Sea. Its location is perfect for those seeking total privacy while still enjoying the lively atmosphere of Fano, an elegant seaside resort rich in events, markets and shows during the summer season. The property is fully fenced and surrounded by a spacious garden with ornamental plants and centuries-old olive trees, ensuring maximum tranquility and seclusion. A refined porch with sliding glass doors embraces the villa; air-conditioned and furnished with a large table, it provides the perfect setting for meals in any season. The exterior areas are designed to offer the utmost relaxation and conviviality: two gazebos with comfortable sofas, a hot tub and a fully equipped kitchen with a gas barbecue, grill and wood-fired oven. Additional amenities include a hammock, football table, table tennis and an external sound system that sets the perfect mood for poolside days and evenings al fresco. The beautiful swimming pool, featuring Roman-style steps, a safety cover and optional heating, is the centerpiece of the garden. Inside, the villa offers every comfort, from a fully equipped fitness room to an aromatic sauna, ensuring a stay focused on well-being and attention to detail, enhanced by the thoughtful care of the owner.
The villa is set on two levels. On the ground floor you find a cozy living room, kitchen, double bedroom connected with a bedroom with three single beds and bathroom with shower. An internal staircase leads to the first floor composed of a small kitchenette, living room, double bedroom, bedroom with three single beds and bathroom with shower. Outside near the main building there is a small independent dependance with a double bedroom (or twin bedroom with two single beds, upon request), bathroom with shower and laundry area. Air conditioning is available in the bedrooms of the main villa and dependance. The outdoor area of the villa is under video surveillance; the service can be deactivated upon request.

The villa had lots of space for our party, wonderful pool, lovely grounds and really well appointed and the gym was very good for us. Everything was generous.
The views from the Villa are stunning.
Our stay overall was excellent.

Our group of 10 including children and grandparents enjoyed themselves immensely at this pristine property. A beautiful and relaxing stay at this wonderful Villa made our first time to Italy the most memorable. Thank you to DH Villas as well as Marco for great communication and hospitality.

We received a very warm welcome on arrival. The host was very helpful during our entire visit.
The accomodation was perfect for our family: plenty of space for the children to play and for relaxation.
The house and grounds are very well maintained.
