La Quercia d’Oro is a refined apartment located within the main villa of Borgo Canapegna, a beautifully restored historical estate nestled in the rolling hills near Fabriano, in the Marche region. The entire apartment was fully renovated in 2023, combining the charm of a traditional country home with modern comforts and elegant finishes.
The apartment is arranged over two floors:
On the ground floor, guests are welcomed into a stylish open space featuring a modern, fully equipped kitchen (including a dishwasher), a spacious living room with a large, comfortable sofa (convertible into a sofa bed for two children), a cozy fireplace, a dining area, a guest bathroom, and a luxurious master bedroom with a private en-suite bathroom and a large walk-in shower.
The first floor includes two additional bedrooms, each with its own private en-suite bathroom, ensuring maximum comfort and privacy for all guests.
Outside, La Quercia d’Oro offers a private garden with lawn, a covered terrace, barbecue area, outdoor dining space, and comfortable garden furniture—perfect for al fresco meals and relaxation.
The apartment also features a private swimming pool (10m x 5m) located in a stunning panoramic setting, complete with sun loungers and a gazebo overlooking the surrounding countryside.
Important to note: Access to the property is via a dirt road, which may not be suitable for sports cars or vehicles with very low ground clearance.

Das Objekt Villa La Quercia ist herrlich in den Hügeln bei Fabriano gelegen. Die Anfahrt zum Haus ist wildromantisch, aber für jedes Auto zu meistern: Der ideale Einstieg in den Urlaub. Das Haus hat uns als idyllischer Ort zum Entspannen genauso gedient wie als geradezu idealer Ausgangspunkt für Fahrten in die sehr interessante und vielfältige Umgebung von Fabriano. Naturfreunde kommen hier absolut auf ihre Kosten. Paolo ist ein sehr liebenswürdiger Gastgeber, der uns schon mit kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten zur Begrüßung (Crostata, Weißwein, Prosesso und ital. Kaffee) überrascht hat. Auch bei so manchem Extrawunsch während unseres Aufenthaltes hat Paolo stets großzügig und umsichtig geholfen. Ein schöner, sauberer Pool mit gepflegtem Rasen und Terrasse sowie zahlreichen weißen Liegen lädt zum Verweilen ein. Ideal ist, dass der Pool nicht direkt am Haus liegt, sondern etwa 50 bis 70 Meter davor, so dass man z.B. ganz für sich auf der Terrasse am Haus grillen kann, während andere am Pool sind. Der Pool wird von insgesamt nur zwei Ferienwohnungen genutzt. Sowohl vom Haus und der Terrasse selbst als auch vom Pool geht der Blick weit ins Tal und auf die umliegenden Hügel und Berge. Unsere Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet und äußerst sympathisch in der Gestaltung, vor allem das große "Elternschlafzimmer"..

Villa La Quercia d'oro is a fantastic place to spend your holidays if you are a culture and nature lover. Paolo is a very good and cheerful host who gives a warm welcome to his guests. The house is well-equipped and in he garden you can have your meals and sit there till late at night while listening to the nightingale singing his song. We had a lovely time there!
