About this house rental
Casa il Tulipano is a spacious and charming country house, perfect for families or groups of up to 9 people.
The house features four large bedrooms:
- Downstairs: one bedroom with a private bathroom.
- Upstairs: three bedrooms with double beds, one of which also has a single bed. These rooms share a comfortable bathroom with a bathtub.
- For the little ones, there are two baby cots available, along with a stroller and two high chairs.
Comfort & Amenities
- The spacious kitchen is fully equipped and includes modern conveniences, such as a pellet stove.
- The living room features comfortable sofas and a fireplace, creating a cozy atmosphere for relaxing evenings. Under the large portico, you’ll find a big dining table, perfect for enjoying outdoor meals in the shade.
The house offers plenty of comfort:
- Washing machine
- Sonos sound system
- Children’s toys and a playground with swings and a trampoline
- Panoramic seating areas around the house with stunning views
- Large Weber barbecue for delightful summer evenings
Pool & Outdoor Area
Enjoy the beautiful private swimming pool (10 x 5 meters) with sun terraces, an outdoor shower, child safety fence, and atmospheric evening lighting. For the sporty guests, bicycles are available.

- In the garage, you’ll find beach chairs and an umbrella for trips to the sea, just a 30-minute drive away.
- The surrounding villages are known for their authentic borghi (medieval hill towns). There are also many excellent restaurants and wineries nearby.

we had a fantastic stay and especially enjoyed the pool. We had everything in the kitchen so cooking every day was a pure pleasure.

Beautiful house surrounded by magical little hills in Le Marche, a quiet yet amazingly beautiful region. The biggest attractive of this house: Stay away from the mass tourism of other areas in Italy and experience the quiet joy of this very traditional and beautiful region in a privileged location!
The house is big, with several comfortable bedrooms and beautifully finished bathrooms. It is separated in two floors, which is perfect if you travel with a big group or two families, as it gives you privacy.
It was clean and very well maintained. The owner was very friendly and speaks several languages, which was very useful when booking the house.
There is plenty to do in the area. The house is very close to several wineries and delicious restaurants. The sea is only a few kilometres away. Which makes this house a perfect spot to enjoy both the countryside and the sea life.
