The house has a living area of approx. 240 m². The rooms are spread over two floors, each with a bathroom. A large, well-equipped kitchen and a spacious living room invite you to cook, play and relax together.
The garden, with sun loungers and shaded seating areas, is entirely at guests’ disposal.
The house is particularly family-friendly:
For young children, two travel cots, two high chairs, a changing mat and a baby monitor are available. In the garden, a large trampoline and a paddling pool provide plenty of fun.

Culture lovers will be in their element on a day trip to the nearby Renaissance town of Urbino – a UNESCO World Heritage Site boasting impressive architecture, art and history.
A particular gem is the charming village of Mombaroccio, which you can reach directly from the house via a walk through the woods – ideal for a little exploration off the beaten track.
The entire region is also a paradise for foodies: there are numerous excellent restaurants in the surrounding area.
