About this farm stay rental
Surrounded by the inland woody hills, olive tree groves and vineyards, yet very close to the Adriatic coast, the Holiday House La Meridiana was lately renovated with particular care for the furniture, which looks like a collection of antiques. The impressively peaceful and environment makes of the House a perfect place to spend some relaxing time among friends of with the family without relinquishing the pleasure of visiting touristic areas (Cattolica, Riccione, Rimini) and many history and art places (Urbino, Città di castello, Gubbio), or naturalistic sites such as Frasassi Caves and the Furlo Mountains. The House is also close to the seaside, as well as to many typical Italian restaurants.
On the ground floor, our guests can enjoy a large living room with a nice fireplace while the kitchen is fully equipped, even with electric oven and wood stove. A washing machine is in the ground floor bathroom. Three double bedrooms with private bathroom are on the first floor, around the wonderful hall and in the attic room there is a bedroom with three single beds, also with private bathroom.
There is a wide garden in front of the house, shadowed by oaks and olive trees, and a yard where you can find a barbeque and two big tables to eat in company of your friends.
La Meridiana is a very elegant place where to spend some peaceful time with all the comforts of a modern house.

The house is relatively large and old, equipped with all the necessary amenities. There's also a stone oven, which we used to bake delicious pizza. The owners were quick to respond to all our inquiries and address any problems we encountered. The location is acceptable, but those who plan to cook should consider purchasing groceries in advance. The cleanliness of the house could be improved, as we found personal belongings from previous guests left in one of the nightstands in a bedroom, and they were never removed. Overall, the farmhouse is fine, and we enjoyed our stay.

We stayed there for 4 nights, June 30-July 4th 2017. We had a 3 days wedding in Fano, Pesaro, Gradara area.
We liked the fact that each bedroom had its own bathroom, we used 3 out of the 4 bedroom. There is a common living room space between the upstairs bedroom and downstairs as well.
outdoors had an enjoyable breeze with a hamac to lay in.
Although a car was necessary to get to our far away wedding events, (obviously).
This farm House was the highlight of our 10 days trip in Italy, in good ways. I will mostly remember it more than any hotel we stayed in. The weather is fresher than in lower fano, the roosters sound in the morning, the chicken running free in their enclosed pasture, a couple horses and a mule, tended to by the owner. And Tapa, the family yorkshire cute as could be.
The clothes line we used after a necessary wash was a photo moment not to miss. This was truly the best 4 nights we had. and sharing this house with our family coming from different locations was priceless.
I have to add that Bea was a Great host and made sure to get us all we needed. She did some shopping for us and offered to prepare a lunch one day, a great carbonara dish with home made bruschettas, that she served us outdoors under the great umbrellas. Those moments make us feel like at home, and will be well remembered.
I miss this place already, it is one summer stay I recommend to anyone wanting to get away from city and towns hotels. Marilyn B

It was our second stay at the Casa Meridiana,
six years ago we stayed at the Valeria"s house, which we loved,
and this time we spent a week at Ariberto"s
Both houses are immaculately clean, reflect the relaxed country lifestyle
Aribertos wife Lella provided us with fresh homegrown vegetables every day,
She also made a cake for us,
We were given wine, etc ...
The tranquility of the place was the number one attraction for us
The garden was amazing, with beatiful vistas to the surrounding countrside...
We visited Gubbio, Assisi, Gradara, but there is so much to see that
I m sure we will return at some point
