La Villetta Leccino welcomes its guests in a border area between Romagna and Marche, surrounded by soft rolling hills, olive groves, and open countryside. It is a place designed for those seeking peace, nature, and slow living, while still remaining close to the Adriatic coast and its seaside towns.



THE SPACE

La Villetta Leccino is a detached house ideal for up to 10 guests, perfect for large families or groups of friends. It offers four bedrooms: two double rooms and two double rooms with an additional single bed, with the possibility of adding a cot for children aged 0–2 years.



The interiors are simple, functional, and welcoming, designed to ensure comfort and practicality throughout the stay.



The living area is a cosy space dedicated to relaxation and sharing, ideal for gathering after a day spent exploring the sea, hills, or nearby historic villages.



The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped with an oven, induction hob, fridge, kitchenware, and a coffee machine. A large dining table makes it perfect for meals together.



The bedrooms are arranged to provide comfort and privacy for all guests, making the house suitable for both families and groups.



The bathrooms are practical and designed to comfortably accommodate multiple guests.



The covered porch and private fenced garden are among the highlights of the property: ideal for outdoor dining, relaxing moments, or sunset dinners overlooking the hills and the silhouettes of Monte Catria, Monte Nerone, and Monte Carpegna.

Katia and the Yohome team personally welcome guests and are always available for assistance and local recommendations. Guests can enjoy authentic experiences such as pasta-making classes, sailing trips, and wine tastings.



Pets are welcome; guests are kindly asked to provide everything needed for their stay, and a supplement applies.



Smoking is not allowed inside the property.

La Villetta Leccino enjoys a strategic location between hills and sea. In just a few minutes by car, guests can reach the coastal towns of Gabicce, Cattolica, and Pesaro, offering beaches, restaurants, and lively seafront promenades.



Nearby is Gradara, famous for its medieval castle, while the Monte San Bartolo Natural Park offers scenic trails, charming villages, and breathtaking sea views.



GETTING AROUND

A car is the most convenient way to explore the area, thanks to the nearby A14 motorway and quick connections to both the coast and inland villages.

The nearest train stations are Pesaro and Cattolica, while the main airports are Rimini, Ancona, and Bologna, all reachable within approximately 40 minutes to 2 hours depending on the destination.
