Het is echt geweldig hier. Wat een mooi huis met een super mooi uitzicht. We zijn hier met ons gezin met 8 pers. Enorm genieten samen. We slapen zelf in een apart soort v appartement. Dat is wel heel fijn. Ziet er allemaal heel netjes uit.

Het huis in Acqualagna was fantastisch. De voorzieningen, hygiëne, ... zijn allemaal super en boven verwachting. De omschrijving strookt echter niet volledig met realiteit: afwezigheid van een Jacuzzi. Dit was bovendien een bepalende rol had in de keuze voor dit huis t.o.v. andere huizen, aangezien wij de laatste week van september zijn gegaan en dus rekening hielden met iets slechter weer. Meermaals contact opgenomen met Belvilla om dit aan te kaarten; ter plaatse via mail, achteraf via mail, achteraf via evaluatie-formulier, telefonisch op standaard-antwoorden gestoten,...: elke mogelijkheid bleef zonder gepaste reactie.
