Only 18 km from Senigallia, not far from Corinaldo's Historic Center, you will enjoy a quiet and well-furnished environment, recovering early 20th-century furniture that gives the rooms a rustic but elegant look.
The house is the result of the overall renovation of an old building is a new building of 2005, independent, consisting of a ground floor where is the apartment consists of the living room and kitchen, three bedrooms, one double with bathroom, one quadruple with bathroom and a family room (double bed and bathroom), basement garage and basement with direct access to the pool. Outside is a lovely garden and a beautiful newly built salt water pool. The house can accommodate up to 9 people, also ideal for two families having two designated areas.
The rooms available are three.
Double room "Girasole" with air conditioning, private bathroom with shower and the possibility of adding a third bed.
Family Room: double room "Lavanda" with terrace from which to admire the splendid hills of the Marche, double room "Olivo" and bathroom.
The kitchen is complete with gas stove, fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee maker for capsules.
In the bathroom you will find in addition to linen, hair dryer, hand soap.
Included in the final cleaning price, on request cleaning every three days and change towels, bath towel and bathrobe.

The accommodation exceeded our high expectations. The hosts were very friendly, quick and helpful in their communication, and gave great tips on good restaurants in the area.The garden with the pool and the beautiful landscape were our favorite parts of the week. The area offers both stunning rural views and is relatively close to the town and the sea. Both adults and teenagers thoroughly enjoyed themselves. We can highly recommend the house and would gladly rent it again.

Het huis en lokatie voldeed aan onze verwachtingen m.u.v. het uitzicht. De heg op de foto’s is laag waardoor je de prachtige heuvels kan zien. In werkelijkheid is de heg zo hoog geworden dat je bij het zwembad en eettafel alleen staand kan genieten van het uitzicht.

Wij hebben deze zomer dit huis 1 week gehuurd. Mooi huis en erg schoon, het ontbrak aan niets.
Ook buiten alles zeer netjes en een mooi zwembad, welke bijna elke dag schoon gemaakt wordt. Loopt wel een weg achter het huis, maar niet hinderlijk.
Corinaldo gemakkelijk te bereiken en je bent ook zo aan zee.
Erg aardige en behulpzame eigenaren en tijdens ons verblijf ook gebruik kunnen maken van de tennisbaan.

Vi har kun gode ting, at fortælle om huset, området men især for dem, som ejer huset. De er utrolig venlig og gør alt for, at vi skulle have den bedste ferie og det fik vi, mange tak. Selve huset ligger et utrolig smuk sted. Vi har været i Italien mange gange, men det var først nu vi opdagede Italien på denne smukke måde. Huset har gode fine og dejlig værelser, som de har gjordt noget ud af. Det er ikke bare et værelse, men man følger sig hjemme. To dejlige køkken, en nede ved poolen og en oppe ved en dejlig stue. Der er alle de ting, man har behov for og meget mere til. Udenfor er der en dejlig pool, men bare er skøn, at slappe af både i men også omkring poolen med gode stole/liggestole. Det par, som ejer huset er nok de mest venlige og hjælpsomme person vi har mødt i. De gør alt, for at vi skulle have det godt og det have vi. Det vil vi gerne sige mange tak og skulle I komme til Danmark København så skriv til os, så vil vi forsøge at betale lidt tilbage med den venlighed I har mødt os med. Vi tror, at vi nok kommer retur til huset, enten næste år eller om nogle år. Det var bare en super ferie. Ekstra plus var det også, at vores hund bare kunne nyde det. Han ville bare hele tiden have os ud og ned til pool området, så han kunne ligge inde ved væggen i skyggen eller ud på græsset og dufte. Kæmpe tak fra familien Jensen
