This house has everything you need, spacious, great outlook, 3 different outside areas, excellent location in the Cromwell Precinct area.

Would love to stay longer to truly enjoy.

Location is perfect so close to lake. Amazing place has everything you need for your stay.

Lovely comfortable, modern, roomy house with all the things you need to self cater. Comfy beds with a good selection of duvets. We were 3 couples and it was great to have a bedroom and bathroom each, with great shower pressures. Parking was great, with the large garage taking our 3 jetskis with ease. Great location, just down the road from the old district. A few things didn't go as smoothly as I would have liked, see below.

I had to chase up the access information and code, the night before staying. The beds all had plenty of duvets and pillows to choose from, but the matress covers were grey and dirty looking. There were no sheets, pillowcases or towels when we arrived, even though we had paid for the linen package. It took a few phone calls to sort this out. After a few hours the linen arrived and we made up our own beds. Some sheet sizes were incorrect but we made do. In our opinion, the cleaning standard, let down, the presentation of this modern home, with back splash wipe marks, grubby fingerprints and lack of vacuuming and attention to detail. The ceiling fan above the table, showered us with dust when turned on. Spiders have taken up residence in alot of high corners. I wasn't game to use th BBQ. The recycle, rubbish, glass, bins were full. With all that said, we still had a great stay and would recommend to all but the super fussy.
