Key collection was simple, key was located in a lock box that host provided a code to.

Location was excellent, near the supermarket, near the lake and easy to get to.

The property represented good value for money and was well located. However, it would benefit from a higher standard of cleaning and general maintenance. We noticed greasy residue on some kitchen surfaces including the rangehood, and one of the couches had a noticeable oily residue on the upholstery. The coffee jar was stuck to the bench, and the window joinery in the downstairs toilet hasn't been cleaned in a very long time. The walls and furnishings showed significant wear, and the exterior grounds were overgrown and untidy with a lot of weeds. While basic coffee and sugar were provided, some additional hospitality touches such as tea bags and UHT milk capsules would have been appreciated. Overall, the property was functional and affordable, but greater attention to cleanliness and presentation would significantly improve the guest experience.
