Absolutely gorgeous campground, the photos don't do it justice. I was blown away by how beautiful it was with daffodils and lush green grass everywhere plus the view over the lake was stunning and we were able to see the full milky way at night.
The room itself was fine, very warm and comfortable.
Our room was a little far from the bathroom so it was tough heading over in the cold night air. We also missed the reception hours and that meant we weren't able to get a kitchen pack and meant we couldn't cook in our time there.

We loved our stay here! The little lake house is stunning, looking right onto the lake providing beautiful views. It was so comfortable and cosy with the log burner. Great location too, short drive from Wanaka. We only wished we had longer here!

We stayed in a tent at Christmas time in summer and loved it. This time it was a natural choice for a skiing holiday, but in a little cabin and was surprisingly very very nice. Warm. Great for the family.
OK. It is a camping ground, but the cabin was better than expected. We'd stayed before, surprisingly quiet, given we'd only been here in busy summer. In short: I liked it all.

The place was outdated but clean.
Very limited internet access. There was a tv but no aerial reception/internet connection.
