Guest House in Queenstown, New Zealand

Very well organised shared accommodation. Great kitchen. Bedding very comfortable. Immaculately clean.

Parking is a bit awkward. The property development has inadequate roading onto the main highway. Some guests may encounter traffic queues to exit the development especially on weekday mornings.

Comfy room, nice staff.

Warm accomodation with comfortable bed and ensuite. Perfect for our early morning flight with close proximity to airport.

The property aesthetically was lively, very clean and well kept. The shared living area was cold though as there wasn’t any heating.

There was no noise batting between the rooms so you could hear everything at all hours it didn’t make for a comfortable sleeping environment, especially with inconsiderate guesting in other rooms making noise up until midnight both nights of our stay. I had messaged the owners the morning of our first visit to let them know about the noise issue as I hardly had any sleep, expecting them to inform the other guests. However they were as loud the next night and I had to call at 11:45pm about to complain about the noise yet again.
