Very clan and tidy. Great location. Fantastic for a group

The beds were so comfy. The house lay out allowed privacy for all members of our family. House was central for all our tourist visits.

It would have been good to have had a few spare pillows and blankets in each room. Also, would have been good to have a few food staples as we were on holiday, we didn't have these items with us and as we were flying and also staying in motels it is more weight in bags to carry. eg coffee/tea salt and pepper. There were items in the cupboard, but we weren't sure if we were allowed to use them. It also would have been helpful to have had dishwash liquid and scourers as some things Eg. Pots and Pans sometimes are better hand washed.

Rubbish bin not empty Oven racks were grimy to touch Dining table chairs saggy and not comfortable House was inundated with flies as soon as doors and windows were opened No dish cloth 2 dirty cups and 1 spoon in drawers.

Everything in one house that you could want, lovely rooms etc.

The lockbox pin for the keys did not work and it took us 3 hours to get hold of anyone to talk to! We had 5 kids with us and this was seriously not good. I don't think it was the hosts but the management company they used (not in Cromwell) - I left messages and repeated emails and no one called me back, 3 hrs later I called again and got someone. A spare key was dropped around but 3 hours is awful - I would look at a local contact phone number for issues.
