The code for the key box was not given. I had to call booking. It took one hour to fix the problem, outside from my flat. Hopefully, I still have batteries on my phone.

The studio was clean and comfortable and had basic amenities for eating in. The bed was extremely comfortable.

The 3 flights of stairs were a bit hard to take after a full day of sightseeing.

Spent here a few days in October. Weather was optimal, no heating or cooling was necessary. Great location close to public transport facilities (underground, buses) and Parc Thabor. City center within walking distance. Very clean overall. The room looked like it had been freshly renovated. Good WiFi. Equipment is basic and room is simple but nothing essential is missing. Bed very comfortable. I enjoyed my stay. A great quality/price ratio!

Nothing really, just a few minor things. I was on my own but I felt the apartment might be slightly tight for 2 persons. Stairs are a bit loud and carrying a bigger suitcase or bag to the third floor can be challenging. Some decoration (painting, photo, carpet) would contribute to the room's atmosphere. But overall, I was very pleased.

The location is great, close to the bus stop C1 line.

Many things, I stayed in Rennes for a long time for my master studies. This was a perfect location and great stay after a break. Considering that it was one of the hottest days at Rennes, it would have great with airconditioner. This doesn't matter coz, usually this place is cool also nice people.
