Cocoonr offers you this charming flat to rent in Rennes. Located north of Rennes city centre, Place Hoche, Le Récit flat is in a building dating from 1820. The location is perfect for making the most of the city centre (within walking distance of public transport, parking and restaurants). Located on the ground floor, this 80 m² apartment can accommodate up to 4 people and comprises a fully-equipped kitchen, a large living room, two bedrooms and a bathroom. 4* hotel-quality linen is provided, and the beds are made up on arrival. We're waiting for you!

- Separate toilet
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: dishwasher, hairdryer, washing machine, etc.
The flat is ideally located in Rennes, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, the market...

In both cases, access to the accommodation is possible from 4pm. If you choose autonomous arrival, please note that the keys are kept in a code-secured area 110 meters from the accommodation, about a 2-minute walk.
